Sports Group:

We have an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the Sports Marketing Industry. With our knowledge and years of experience we have produced relationships that have gained us respect amongst professional athletes and the industry. This has provided us the opportunity to have our clients entrust us with our methods and furnish them with impactful results.

In 1994, we identified the “New Generation” U.S. Latino market. Since then we have acquired the knowledge and experience necessary to fully grasp the intricacies of this market as well as other multicultural market. We focus on developing successful marketing campaigns targeting the “New Generation” market for dozens of brands including Pepsi, Dewar’s, Marvel Entertainment, Sony Pictures and The Copacabana, to name a few. We pride ourselves in delivering a “brand’s” message and/or entertainment content in a contemporary and relevant manner.
We have a first hand insight to the Contemporary U.S. – Latino and understand their philosophies, magnetism and acculturated perspectives. We tailor our ingenuity towards producing material that engages not only the U.S. Latino market but we also appeal to a multitude of demographics.

  • ADAM TORRES MANAGING PARTNER

    Adam Torres is a music industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in concert promotion and artist management. Based in New York City, Torres has developed and executed a number of high-profile events in distinguished locations, including Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theater, Mohegan Sun Arena Casino in Connecticut and American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.

    In addition to his reputation as a respected concert promoter, Torres is responsible for successfully managing various artists, predominantly in the Latin music genre. Under his tutelage, Torres has aided artists like Don Omar, DLG (Dark Latin Grove) and La India in garnering multiple Grammy Awards, Billboard Awards and #1 chart positioning. Over time, Torres’s strong business sense and insight has provided him with the opportunity to work on numerous projects, leading him to establish multiple business entities within the entertainment industry.

  • EDDIE ARROYO SPORTS DIVISION VP

    Eddie Arroyo is a veteran in the Sports Marketing industry with over two decades of experience. He has created a niche space in the sports representation and marketing world. Arroyo has also taken on the much-needed role of manager for both current and former professional athletes. Arroyo has also proved instrumental to professional athlete’s marketing initiatives and has sculpted and designed the link between individual players key attributes and their respected core fans.

    Arroyo has worked with David Ortiz, Ivan Nova, Tito Trinidad, John Starks, Larry Johnson, Lawrence Taylor, Joe Montana and companies such as Coca – Cola, Burger King, Subway and Bob’s Furniture. After years of a successful track record, Arroyo has proven that he is a vital and respected force within the sports world arena.

  • JORGE CANO-MORENO MARKETING DIRECTOR

    Cano-Moreno co-founded Urban Latino Magazine in 1994 with an initial investment of $2,000. Since then, he has built the magazine into a national brand grossing over 1.4 million dollars a year in revenue. Urban Latino, a lifestyle magazine, proudly exists as one of the few independent voices of the Latino culture in the United States.  With a common goal to bridge the gap between acculturated and non-acculturated Latinos, Cano-Moreno, along with El Diario La Prensa, the largest Spanish language newspaper in the northeast, launched Urban Sofrito, a monthly bi-lingual newspaper supplement in 2002. In the same year Cano-Moreno collaborated with AIM TV, and launchedUrban Latino TV, a magazine format television show. Urban Latino TV was distributed to the top 25 markets and was syndicated through network television.

    Cano-Moreno is a much sought after public speaker on a variety of media and entertainment topics. He has been a guest speaker at many leading universities, such as Harvard, Albany University, Boston College, University of Florida, Columbia University, and NYU’s Stern School of Business, among others. He has participated on various panels ranging from, NAMIC , NGLC , LAMC, the Latin Rap Conference and ASPIRA. Cano-Moreno has also appeared on CNN on Kyra Phillips show discussing Latino Trends in Hollywood.

    In 2007, Cano-Moreno, along with partners, launched a Marketing and Public Relations service company. In less then three years the list of clients included Bacardi, Heineken, Dewar’s, Sprint, Copacabana, Jack Daniel’s, Dreamworks, HBO and Given Liqueur.  In 2012 Cano-Moreno was hired to oversee the grassroots marketing for John Leguizamo’s Ghetto Klown and shortly after did work for Alicia Keys’ play Stick Fly. In 2013 ULM was also part of the marketing effort for the following Hollywood studio releases RUNNER RUNNER, END OF WATCH and mostly recently NEED FOR SPEED.  Currently ULM is the new audience Marketing agency of record for 2ECOND STAGE THEATRE, CHIVAS REGAL, SOFRITO NYC, LEXUS, SAZON, SUBROSA, EDDIE PALMIERI and oversees the grassroots marketing for PEOPLE EN ESPANOL – FESTIVAL.

    As always, Jorge Cano-Moreno is ultimately working towards leaving a lasting impression through his body of work that will cement itself as culturally relevant and serve as a model of tireless effort and commitment to the Latino community.
